Mary passed peacefully on July 18th, just weeks after celebrating her 85th birthday with all her immediate family. Mary was the loving mother of William Jr., Kathryn, Karen (Dan), Julie (Pat), Maggi (Jeff) and Paula (Jeff). Proud nana of Jay, Annika, Justin and Zack. Dear sister of David (Sandy) and sister-in-law of Marilyn. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Mary was wholly devoted to her six children and gave generously to the community around her. She organized a bereavement counseling group, ran the book store and sang with the choir at St. Eugene for many years. She subsequently became a lay minister. She played the piano beautifully and studied German in her leisure time. She loved to cook, enjoy her lifelong friendships and more than anything, loved to have her family around her. She was described foremost by those who knew her, as having a generous heart.

Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, July 24 at ST. EUGENE CONGREGATION, 7600 N. Port Washington Road in Fox Point for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Private interment Holy Trinity Cemetery.
