Mary was my assistant at Eastside Senior Services. I love her! Such a dynomo with MANY opinions , which she was never afraid to share. I was impressed with her volunteering for many things and how involved in social justice she was. I saw her at many matches, protests etc where we both ended up at. I was impressed that once the funds for her position ran out, she continued to help…all while working other jobs! And boy, did we have FUN working together. I am so happy that we became friends. You lived your life well, Mary. May you now rest in peace. Love, Jane (Raymer) Szecsy

I’m so sorry to hear of Mary’s passing. She was one of my favorite fellow parishioners at the Cathedral. I would occasionally go to Saturday evening Mass just to say Hi. I’m out of town for her funeral Mass but please know I will be praying for her and the family. I have no doubt she is enjoying her eternal reward. Peace….
