Monday, September 15, 2003 age 35 years. Beloved son of Kenneth and Susan nee Koch. Dear brother of Melissa fiance Karl. Special brother of Stacy Lee. Nephew of Dale Jan, Kathy and Dawn Klockow and Edward Kathy Koch. Matt was further survived by his dear friends the computer geeks and their families, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral Service Thursday evening 8 PM at Christ Church UCC, 915 E. Oklahoma Avenue Leonx Street entrance is handicapped accessible, the Rev. A. Dale Stohre officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. In state Thursday at the church from 3 PM until time of service 8 PM. Matt served as the local and state poster child of the Muscular Distrophy Association between 1976 and 1978. He graduated in 1986 from Bay View High School. Matt was also very proud to be the web master of Christ Church. Extra special thanks to all of Matt’s wonderful, caring, independent nurses, Kathy Corrigan case manager. The family thanks St. Luke’s Medical Center, the staff of 10LM, ER, DTC, RT’s the chaplains, Paratech Ambulance Co., Doctors Moecker, Katzoff, Wahgray and Buggy.
Matt’s request was in lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Muscular Distrophy Research or Christ Church UCC appreciated.
