Passed away Saturday June 13th, 2015 at the age of 97 years. Loving husband of Luella(Nee Schmidt). Dear father of Sherry(Roy) Franks of Trevor, WI and Bobbie(John) Sweeny of Oak Creek, WI. Grandfather of Chad(Brenda) Franks, Shelly(Jay) Stoll, and Nikki(Mike) Vullings. Great grandfather of Jacob, Jesse, Sabrina, Kylie, Jaxon, and Kaylee. Great-Great Grandfather of Weston. Brother-in-law of Rita Hilbert. Preceded in death by his 8 brothers and sisters. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday from 4-6PM at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 6700 S. Howell Ave. A Funeral Service will follow at 6PM. Interment Sunset Ridge Cemetery (Kenosha) on Saturday at 11:30AM.
Max was proud to serve his country by serving in WWII and was always proud to be of service to his community.
