Pokrop, Maxine S. “Max”
nee Tournade Tuesday Feb. 5, 2008 age 79 yrs. Beloved wife of Frank. Loving mother of Frank Orla Pokrop, Paula Smith and Lynne Julio Rivera. Special grandmother of Kelsey, Emily, Alyssa, Natalie and Marcus. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. Visitation Sat. Feb. 9th, 9-10:30am at BLESSED SACRAMENT CHURCH, S. 41st and W. Oklahoma Ave. with Funeral Mass at 10::30 am. Private committal. Maxine was a retired Librarian at MPS. She received her Bachelors Degree from UW-LaCrosse and Masters Degree from UW-Milwaukee. Maxine was active in the Sons of Norway and Blessed Sacrament Church and volunteered at St. Francis Hospital and was a member of the the Greenfield Women’s Club. Memorials to Blessed Sacrament Church appreciated.
