Called home to Heaven on Friday September 2nd, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Loving Husband of Barbara Edwardsen (nee Rentner). Amazing Father of Linda (Bob) Buikema, Gregg (Clarissa) Edwardsen and Gary Edwardsen. Beloved Grandfather of Andrew, Eric (Mary) Gorecki, Zachary (Nicole) Buikema, Joshua Buikema, Hanna Edwardsen, Samuel (Jennifer), Menaka Edwardsen, Ryan (Kristin), Eric (Jessica), Joel (Anna) Buikema. Great-Grandfather of five. Son of the late Gladys and Harvey Edwardsen. Brother of the late Marilyn (Rolland) Mabie, Ronald (Barbara) Edwardsen and Nancy (Peder) Sorensen. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday September 6th at the FUNERAL HOME at 6PM. Friends and family are welcome to visit the funeral home from 4PM until the time of service.

The family wishes to thank the loving care offered by West Allis Memorial Hospital, 5th floor nursing staff with a special thank you to Lyndsay and Dr. Soryal.
