Nancy H. Balcer, Milwaukee, succumbed to COVID-19 on December 6, 2020, at the age of 74.
Nancy will be remembered and deeply missed by many who treasured her friendship as a special gift.
She was bright, generous, thoughtful, and had a non-stop sense of humor that drew people to her wherever she traveled in the world. She was a devotee of the arts and enjoyed opera, cabaret, musical comedy, and especially the Milwaukee Chamber Theater.
Her zest for life will remain in the hearts of all who knew Nancy.

What a wonderful and amazing woman. We would spend hours laughing and talking. It was always a joy talking to Nancy.. i will miss her dearly. Not only was she a lover of the Arts, but she was a lover of humanity and a great friend to Ten Chimneys Foundation. Rest in peace Nancy.
