Nancy Hamilton (nee Zastrow)

Peacefully passed to eternal life on Sunday, October 15, 2023 at the age of 86. 
Loving wife of John for 68 years. Beloved mom of Cheryl (Michael) Mroz, Gary (Angela), Charlene (Wally) White, Brent, Shiela (Jeff) Webster. Dear grandma to Erik, Nik, Samantha (Steve), Isabella (Jeff), Gabriella, Francesca, Dominique, Andrew, Jonathan (Gina), Michael (Alisa), Steven (Kristin), Cameron (Cait), Ryan, Jacob, and John. Great-Grandma to Skye, Jack, and Ryan. Sister to Ken Zastrow. Also further survived by other relatives and friends. 
Preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Elva Zastrow and her brothers, Gary and Robert Zastrow. 
Nancy graduated from Riverside High School. After high school, she married John and they went on to have a beautiful family and life together. Nancy loved to sail on the many ports of Lake Michigan including Door County and Mackinaw Island  with John. They even chartered boats in Hawaii, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean. A favorite destination was Branson, MO, to see the Country Western shows. 
She will be dearly missed especially by her grandchildren whom she dearly loved. 
Visitation will take place on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 from 9 am – 11 am at ST. AUGUSTINE CHURCH (2530 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee) with a Mass of Christian Burial to take place at 11 am. Entombment to follow at WISCONSIN MEMORIAL PARK (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield)
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy’s name could be made to Wounded Warriors.
