Born April 5, 1932 and Passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at the age of 90. Dear husband of the late Charmaine and the late Jean. Loving Father of Zeanee  (Jeanie) Richman, Pamela Bean, Tammy Buckholt, Paula Roark. Grandfather of Kenneth, Andrea, Pamela, D.J., Krystal, Kimberly, Samantha, Cassandra, Courtney. Great-Grandfather of Roman, Evan, Jayden, Dexter., Ava. Son of the late Anthony and Clara Barrett. Brother of Eugene, Anthony, Clarie, Gerald, Francis.  Norbert will be missed by all that knew him.
