Was surrounded by love when God embraced him and called him home on Wednesday September 25, 2002 at age 71 years. Of Town of Norway, formerly of Milwaukee. Beloved husband of Laurel J. nee Jacobson. Dear father of Cheryl Brian Jones, Marc Cheryl Rybka, Dawn James Mehring, Gwen Rybka, Ann John Jurasovich and Nancy Scherbarth. Loving son of Helen nee Ozminkowski and the late Harry Rybka. Proud grandfather of 13. Preceded in death by his first wife Ruth nee McCann; sister Shirley and brother John. Further survived by nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, other relatives and friends. Funeral service Monday 11 am at North Cape Lutheran Church, Hwy 45 and Five Mile Road. Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In state Sunday at the funeral home 4-8 pm and at church from 10 am until the time of service 11 am. Norm was a retired employee of the Milwaukee Public School System and also worked at the Milwaukee County Sheriffs Dept. and the Falk Corporation. If so desired, memorials to the North Cape Lutheran Church or to the American Cancer Society appreciated.
