Panchita Ofray
Born on March 14, 1937 in Arroyo, Puerto Rico to Juan Ofray and Ernestina Graciani.
Born into Eternal Life February 3, 2021 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Peña, son Hector Peña, grandson Alberto Javier Ocasio and granddaughter Jacklenn Peña. Beloved mother of Neyda Peña and the late Orlando Ortiz, Orlando and Nereida Peña, Luis and Concepcion Peña, Francisco Peña and Denise Orozco. Cherished grandmother of 20, loving great-grandmother of 39, and proud great-great-grandmother of 7. She is further survived by nieces,nephews, other relatives and brothers and sisters in Christ.
Panchi was a faithful servant of God,who enjoyed singing church hymns, especially to the little ones, and participating in missionary work. She loved any chance she got to share her Biblical knowledge and wished for all of her family to come to know Christ, accept Jesus as their Savior, so that we may all meet again in Heaven.
She liked to cook and you were lucky if you got some of her pasteles, alcapurrias, budin and even arroz con dulce.
Panchi loved spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.
Visitation 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Service at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Niemann / Suminski Funeral Home, 2486 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53207. Following the Funeral Serivce there will be a procession to Forest Home Cemetery for the Committal Service.
