  • Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 from 10:00am-11:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am at ST. JAMES CATHOLIC CHURCH (7219 S. 27th St. Franklin). Burial to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery.

 

Patricia Roszkowski (nee Polczynski), 90, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2023.  She was born in Milwaukee on November 24th, 1932; the daughter of the late Leo and Julia Polczynski.  Pat graduated from Pulaski High School.  She held several different positions at financial institutions throughout the Milwaukee area during her career.  On October 5th, 1957, she was united in marriage to Edward Roszkowski.  Pat was a long-time member of St. Roman Catholic Church and transitioned in more recent years to St. James Catholic Church.  She and her husband Ed were previously involved with the Milwaukee Rose Society and displayed their prized roses at the Wisconsin State Fair.  She was an accomplished knitter, quilter, baker, and seamstress.  Over the years Ed and Pat were fortunate enough to travel to a number of destinations including France, Hawaii, Germany, Japan, and all over the United States.  Above all else, Pat cherished her family.  She is survived by her son-in-law Scott Loosen of Oak Creek; beloved grandchildren Ryan (Nichole) Loosen of South Milwaukee; Andrew (Stacey) Loosen of Jackson; and great grandchildren Sawyer, Presley, and Ella Loosen.  Many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends also survive her.  Pat was preceded in death by her loving daughter Mari, sisters Geraldine and Jane, and brother Leon.  A Memorial Mass, celebrating her life, will be held at St. James Catholic Church, 7219 S. 27th Street in Franklin, on Tuesday June 20th at 11:00 am.  Visitation will be at the church at 10:00 am prior to Mass.  Burial will occur following the conclusion of Mass at Arlington Park Cemetery.
