Dear sister of KathleenDavidGibas and the late Thomas Koscielak. Step-daughter of Helen Koscielak. Step sister of JamesJaniceStopczynski. Also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, May 2 at 10AM at ST GREGORY THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3160 S. 63rd St. Interment St Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Monday at the funeral home from 4-8PM. Parish vigil Monday, 7PM. Mrs. Cook was a retired employee of UWM. Special thanks to all those who provided loving service for Pat through her illness.
