(nee Mucha) Reunited with her beloved husband Ralph “Art” on Monday June 5th, 2017 at the age of 80 years. Loving mom of Keith (Julie), Karen (Jeff) Revolinski and Karl. Dear grandma of Linda (James) and Brian. Cherished great grandma of Anthony, Nicholas, Julia, Evelynne and Devin. Sister of the late Carole Kossow. Special and fun times with Lois, Alice, Aldeen and Judy. Niece of Leonard Danowski. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her granddaughter Tina and her great grandson Matthew. Private family services where held. Interment Forest Hill Memorial Park.

Mom was our angel here on earth, she is now our angel in heaven, with the love of her life, our Dad, Art. Her kindness and thoughtful ways for her family, friends, and anyone she could be there for was genuine and sincere. We will forever keep her close in our hearts.
