Patricia “Pat” N. Adamczewski

Age 77, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 11, 2018.

She will be deeply missed by husband, Ron; daughter, Monica (Randy) Fischer; sons: John, Robert, Allen, Steven (June), and James Osowski; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Visitation 4 to 6pm, Wednesday, August 15, followed by memorial service at 6pm at THE FUNERAL HOME.
