Passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at the age of 40 years. Joined in heaven with his father Albert. Loving husband of Tina nee Jelinski. Son of Carol Gene Dorn Simon. Son-in-law of Debbie Schmidt. Brother of Michael Liz and Bryan Dorn. Also survived by niece Braelyn Dorn, sisters-in-law Dana Mitch Jaeger and Dona Jelinski, best buddy Teddy, other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 9 at the FUNERAL HOME at 4PM. Family will receive friends from 2PM until time of service 4PM.
The family of Patrick would like to acknowledge everyone who helped in his care, organ donors and the wonderful doctors and nurses at St. Luke?s Hospital.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
