Rothe, Pauline L.

Called to Eternal Life on Monday, April 30, 2007 at the age of 92 years. She was born in Somers, WI. on September 19, 1914, daughter of the late Martin and Jennie Terpstra. It was on February 13, 1932 that she was united in marriage with Charles L. Rothe. He preceded her in death on June 15, 1962.
Pauline will be missed by her daughter Tootie Herman Blaesing, son Rev. George Lori Rothe, daughter-in-law Barbara Mark Taube, brothers Martin and Eddie, 8 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Carl Rothe, in 1977 and a grandson, James Rothe in 1961.
While a member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Caledonia, she was active in the Ladies Aid, Quilters and Kitchen Band at Trinity. She also volunteered at the South Milwaukee and Oak Creek Senior Centers. She enjoyed playing cards and Bingo. She was a driver for Metro Auto Auction for 20 years, retiring in 1980.
Funeral Service on Monday, May 7 at 11:00 AM at TRINITY EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7900 Nicholson Rd., Caledonia, with visitation from 10:00 AM until the time of service11:00 AM. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park, Racine. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Trinity appreciated.
