At 85 yrs. Ralph was born to parents Charles Hess and Emma Hess nee Maillet on August 23, 1917 in Pike county, Pennsylvania, and attended school their as well. On March 10, 1945, Ralph married his late wife Rose nee Roberts in Chicago, IL and resided there until 1967 when they moved to the Island on Eagle Springs Lake.
Ralph was a veteran of the US Army, a member of the Senior Bowling group, a past board member of the Eagle Springs Lake Association and the NRA. He was also an avid hunter and fisher man and liked playing Bingo. Ralph?s personal paradise however, was his Island.
Ralph is survived by his daughter: Pat Ebert of East Troy, Grandchildren: Kim Healey, Dennis Dyon and Dawn Rick Kloth all of East Troy. Great Grandchildren: Ricky and Paige Kloth. And sisters Dolores McCollum of Charleston, SC and Catherine Clouse of Lackawaxen, PA. Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends also survive him. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Brother Floyd, Sister Pauline and hunting buddy Alfred.
A funeral service will be held Sunday May 4, 2003 at 4 PM with a visitation from 1PM until the time of service, all at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the VNA Hospice of Lake Geneva appreciated.
