Passed away April 21, 2015 at the age of 25. Dear son of Randall and Debra. Loving brother of Jacob (fiancé Hayley Oberhofer) Wilks and Kevin Kusba. Loving uncle of Jaden Wilks, Eein Wilks, and Alyssa Kusba. Also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 28, from 4 – 7 PM at the funeral home.
