June 5, 2008 age 83yrs. Preceded in death by the love of his life Althea. Dear father of Stephan Illa, Daniel Illa and Patrice Streicher. Grandfather of Davis, Tristan, Lucas Illa, Lindsey, Elle and Molly Streicher. Further survived by other relatives, friends and his four legged companion Mel Boy. Visitation Mon. June 9th, 6-8PM at the funeral home with prayer vigil at 7:30 pm, and also, Tuesday 10-10:30 AM at St. James- Mukwonago with Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM. Internment Wood National Cemetery. Mr. Illa was a WWII Navy Veteran, a long- time employee of Milwaukee County Executive’s Office and Sheriff’s Department . Memorials to Ray Illa grandchildren’s College Fund appreciated.
