Thursday, July 12, 2012, age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Thelma nee Wierzba. Loving father of Bonnie Jerry Suminski, Nancy Bob Formankiewicz and Richard Lochowicz. Loving grandpa of Jodi, Jordan, Scott and Sara. Also survived by his sister Rosemary Pieszak, and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
