Tue. May 22, 2007. Aged 72 years. Beloved husband of Anne nee Mueller. Dear father of Thomas, John Kathy, Daniel Jeanne Felton, and Susan Troy Valiguette. Loving grandfather of Sarah, Amy, Kaylene, Rachael, Ryan, Tim, Calla, Jessa, and Quentin. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tue. May 29, 2007 6:30 PM at FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH 7400 W. Lapham St. Private Interment at Greenwood Cemetery in Jefferson, WI. Visitation will be held at the church Tues. from 3:30 PM to the time of service 6:30 PM.

Maurie served as Pastor to churches in Hartford, West Allis, and Racine. He also was an active member of the Son?s of the Union Veterans of the Civil War, a member of the Coffee Clubs of Racine, and enjoyed singing in the church choir. For the past 6 ½ years Maurie and Anne have enjoyed living a Clare Meadows II Retirement Community in Franklin.
