JaKa, Richard Harold

78, died peacefully on September 29, 2016 at the Aurora Zilber Family Hospice in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin while surrounded by his loving family. Richard was born on October 6, 1937, the son of Harold R. JaKa and Leone(Ziebell) JaKa. He was a 1956 graduate of Shorewood High School. Richard proudly served in the National Guard from 1956 to 1964. He is survived by his daughter Traci McKean of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, her husband Greg, two granddaughters, Emma and Violet Mckean, two sisters, Donna Hogan of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, Faye Cooke of Chesapeake, Virginia, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend a memorial celebration from 1-2 pm on October 9, 2016, at the Funeral home. A memorial service will begin at 2 pm

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to go towards a brick at Zilber Hospice.
