Passed away peacefully on January 31, 2016 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Shirley for 59 years. Loving father of Jeffrey (Kim) and Jerome (Mary). He is survived by three grandchildren, Kelly (Nicholas) Backes, Randy Gregor (fiancé Abby Verzal), and Nicole (Peter) Salowitz. Also survived by three great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Richard worked as a tool and die maker and retired from AC/Delphi. The family wishes to thank the staff at Mitchell Manor for their care and compassion.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 4, 2016 from 3 PM – 6 PM at the funeral home. Funeral Service will follow at 6 PM.
