December 6, 2013, age 78, of Oak Creek, WI. Preceded in death by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary. Caring father of Mark, Sherry (Jeff) Bennett, Julie (Rodney), and Steven (Debbie). Further survived by 9 grandchildren, especially Kassia, Jessica (Randy), Kyle and Josh, 2 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 19 from 10 AM – 11:30 AM at the funeral home with Funeral Service at 11:30 AM. Private Interment.

Dick was born on September 10, 1935 to Jeffrey and Leona Picard in Milwaukee, WI. He married Mary (nee Weber) in 1957 and they enjoyed 54 years together before her passing in 2011. He was an Air Technician for the 128th Air Refueling Wing for 38 years, retiring with honors in 1990. As much as he enjoyed his job, he truly loved retirement! He was a man of many hobbies and enjoyed his life to the fullest. Special thanks to Dad’s wonderful neighbors, especially Craig, and thank you Polly for your love and care of Dad.
