Oak Creek, WI, found peace on November 17, 2007 at age 80. Beloved husband of Helen nee Kis, brother of Beverly Losch of Washington D.C., proud father of Susan Terry Anderegg, Michael April of Mission Viejo, California, Gary Kathy, and Connie Jeff Ploch and caring Grandpa of Daniel and Aimee Anderegg, Steve Caron, Mikie and Mark Hay, Aaron Hay, Brian and Brad Ploch. Dick served in the U.S. Marine Corps during WWII, served as Oak Creek?s first City Engineer, then became a senior partner at Graef, Anhalt and Schloemer. His life of service continued as past president of the Wisconsin Society of Professional Engineers, Rotary Club of Mitchell Field, and as a dedicated contributor of Engineer?s Foundation of Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin Alumni of Greater Milwaukee. He was a founding father of the Oak Creek Community Center. Memorials to the Oak Creek Community Center or the Mayo Foundation P.O. Box 450, Albert Lea, MN 56007 are appreciated. Richard will always be loved, remembered and missed by family and friends. He leaves best personal regards to many friends and relatives and lived by the motto: ?Give the world the best that you have and the best will come back to you.? Private services were held.
