Richard S. Collins, May 23, 2012, age 80. Loving Husband of Judy Collins nee Holzbauer. Loving Father of Jeff Eileen, Mike Lisa, Jim, and the late Todd Tricia. Loving Grandfather of Aaron, Laura, Ryan, Jason, Adam, Chris, Matthew, Dustin, Melissa, Megan, and Tyler. Brother of Don Judy. Brother-in-law of Gary Mary Holzbauer, Mary Ann Michael Horbinski, Jim Holzbauer, Trish Roy Larson, Debbie Dave Zachman, and Mike Debbie Holzbauer. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Service Wednesday, May 30, 2012, at 11:00am at THE FUNERAL HOME. Memorial Visitation from 9:30 until time of service. Inurnment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, Wisconsin.

Dick was a retired general manager of Mutual of Omaha Insurance. His greatest love was his family. Memorials, if desired, may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, or the Wounded Warriors Project.
