(nee Jakubowski) Passed away Wednesday, February 03, 2016, age 84 years. Beloved wife of the late Thomas A. Sedivy. Loving mother of Janet (Michael) Tobiasz, Thomas (Rhonda Mead) Sedivy and Michael (Jeanine) Sedivy. Much loved grandma of Melissa, Melanie, Shawn (Courtney), Ryan and Nicole; also Nick, Natasha and Shane. Great grandma of Connor and Cameron, Maci and Tucker. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Visitation Saturday, February 6, from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM at the Funeral Home, followed by the Funeral Service at 11:30 AM.

When Tom retired in 1989, they moved to Minocqua, Wisconsin and were able to spend 25 wonderful years with family and friends at their home in Booth Lake.
