Gone Home to Heaven on Wednesday, December 27th, 2017 at the age of 63 yrs. Loving husband of the late Linda M. (nee Schott) Beloved Dad of Chrissy (Dave) Blazek, the late Joey Mountcastle, April and Bobbie Joe. Proud grandpa of Benjamin, Chase, Sean and Hailey. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held from 3PM-5PM at the FUNERAL HOME on Thursday, January 4, 2018, with a funeral service to follow at 5PM.
