Rehse, Robert J. “Bob”
Found peace January 7, 2020 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of Jean (nee: Hartman) of 46 years. Further survived by sons Brian (Nicole) Rehse, David Rehse and grandchildren Savanah Rehse, Lucas Rehse and Max Rehse. Loving brother of Patti Rehse and the late Jeff (Erin) Rehse. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A memorial visitation will be held Monday, January 13, 2020 from 11-1pm at HERITAGE FUNERAL HOME (3801 S Howell Ave, Milwaukee) with a service of remembrance to begin at 1pm.
Bob was proud to be a St Francis Firefighter (MPO) for 29 years. He and Jean were members of the Badger Chapter of the Coca-Cola Collectors Club for over 20 years. Bob enjoyed traveling by train, especially to Chicago, and even has his own CTA train collection. While he didn’t necessarily enjoy golfing, he did love spending time with his golfing friends.
Jean, sorry for your loss. He was so very young by today’s standards.. I am sure it was a life well lived,if he was any thing like you..rejoice in your memories
Jean, So sorry for your loss. I enjoyed talking with him when he would come to pay insurance at City Hall.
Brother Bob…I knew You for many years…always cheerful. Supportive and a Good guy…Rest in Peace .. Dave Bosanko (Mr. Boz’) RPFFW State President
Condolences to Jean and family. Bob will be missed by all that knew him and worked with him. I went on many ambulance calls (we delivered a little boy together) with him and helped direct traffic at a number fire while he was manning the pumps. He was always cheerful and always willing to help if needed. Lot of time spent in the old fire station & police department on our respective shifts, remember when he started….. My prayers are with you and family
