Robert “Bobby” Kaminski

Passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021, age 69 years.  Loving husband of Yvonne DuFresne.  Dear father of Trina (Doug) Wankowski and Michelle (Wendell) Dubord.  Grandfather of Tanek, Madyn, Bejla, Raijner, Marek, and Mara.  Son of the late Robert Kaminski and the late Margaret Kaminski.  Brother of Rosemary (Dan Dorn) Kaminski and the late Karen (Kelly) Paolo.  Son-in-law of Catherine DuFresne.  Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A memorial visitation will be held Saturday June 5th from 12-2PM at Heritage Funeral Homes, 16880 W. National Ave.  A Memorial Service will follow at 2PM.

Bobby absolutely loved the Wisconsin State Fair and proudly owned the Double K Ranch, a State Fair tradition, since 1967.  Bobby’s incredibly beautiful smile was truly contagious.  He also treasured wintering in the Dominican Republic with his wife.  Bobby was a kind, sweet, romantic, and sensitive soul.  He was a precious treasure and truly one of a kind.  Bobby will be forever loved and eternally missed.

    Dearest Yvonne,
    How we wish we could be there to honour Bobby’s memory and support you. Please know that we will be with you in spirit and thoughts. We loved Bobby so much and our our wonderful memories of the times we spent together with you both will comfort us and, in time, we hope they will comfort you.

    Yvonne, such a sad and heartbreaking time for you. You have so much love being sent your way from all your Cabarete family. Bobby was a special man, so gentle, kind and lovable. How I will miss you both and I cherish all the happy photographs and memories we shared over the years. Stay strong, amiga.

    Mike and I are heartbroken at this horrible news. You and Bobby shared such a strong love for and devotion to each other and were blessed with a beautiful life together. We grieve with you. Big hugs, our longtime friend.

    We are so sorry for your huge loss. Bobby and you have been special to us since we first met. Cabarete will not be the same without Bobby on his various perches enjoying life to the fullest.     We will forever remember this winter spent in Dominican Republic with Bobby & Yvonne! We could always count on a hug and smile from them. Such a lovely couple! True love for one another.
    We will miss Bobby’s contagious smiles. Every time I make banana bread I will be reminded of Bobby and our drive by deliveries!
