Called by Christ on Friday April 1, 2011 at the age of 81 years. Loving husband of Dolores nee Werner. Devoted father of Joseph Julie Haertle, Mary Robert Grilli, Diane Mark Sowinski, and Nancy Peter Monday. Beloved Grandpa “Papa” of Jenna, Eric, Christopher, Joseph, Mary, Kathryn, Peter, Heather, Adam and Rachel. Brother of Thomas and Joseph Camilla Haertle. Brother-in-law of Kathleen Peter Molling and Marlene Haertle. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation Saturday April 9th from 1-2 pm at ALEXIAN VILLAGE CHAPEL, 9301 N. 76th St. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 2 pm. Use Chapel entrance. Private interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
