Found peace on November 28, 2012 at the age of 74. Husband of the late Dolores and fiancée to Deborah Scheel. Loving father of Paul (Sue), Gary (Cindy), Debbie (Mike) Kolasinski. Beloved grandfather of Alec, Tyler L., Jillian, Tyler, Jacob, Thomas, Nicole and Samuel. Brother of Bartley (Margaret), Bruce (Gail), and Myrna. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday December 3rd at the FUNERAL HOME from 4:30 to7:30PM. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday December 4th at St. Matthias Parish (9306 W. Beloit Rd) at 10AM. Entombment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.Special thanks to the medical staff at St. Luke’s Hospital.
