Roger Paul Hopfensperger

Roger Paul Hopfensperger fell asleep in death in the comfort of his home on March 8th, 2025, after a long struggle with heart failure. Roger was born March 25, 1943, in Marinette, WI to Julius & Margaret (Deschaine) Hopfensperger. He graduated from Marinette High in 1961.

Roger served in the U.S. Army from 1965-1967. He married his wife, Mary J Mack, on February 10th, 1968. In 1973 he founded RH Heating, a heating & A/C company, which is still in operation. The company is now owned and operated by his son, Frederick & his wife, Mary. In May of 1982 Roger was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He was always active in the field ministry and took every opportunity to share his Kingdom hope with others.

Roger had many hobbies he enjoyed during his long life. He loved working in his yard, spending time with his grandchildren, fishing, traveling the country with his wife and going on camping trips, and working on remodeling projects around his beautiful home.

Roger is the 4th son after Kenneth (Barbara), Donald (Sandy), and Julius (Joyce); and he is survived by his sisters Nancy Charlebois, Pat LaBombaed (Roger).
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deena. He is survived by his wife, Mary J (Mack); his son, Roger (Sheila); his son Frederick (Tania); his son Michael; his son Thomas; and his daughter Jolene (Cory) Peterson.
Nine Grandchildren: Saul (Erin), Alex, Isaac (Montana), Devin (Kristen), Mileah, Xavier (deceased), Max, Dina, Wesley.
Five Great Grandchildren: Norah, Damon, Kaleb, Asher, Odin.
Also survived by many relatives and friends.

Our heart-felt appreciation goes out to the V.A. Hospital and all the many doctors and nurses who cared for him during the last years of his life.
