Passed away peacefully October 23, 2010 at the age of 76 years. Wife of Cheryl Melendez. Also survived by his children, step-children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 27, from 9:30 ? 11:30 AM at the funeral home. Funeral Service will follow at 11:30 AM. Entombment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated.
