Joined her husband Phillip Azzolina Sr. in heaven on Sunday, May 10th, 2015, age 77. Loving mother of Phillip M. Azzolina Jr. Sister of Ben (Emily) Hlavinka. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation at the FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, May 13th, from 5-7PM and Thursday, May 14th from 10-11AM. Funeral service to follow at the funeral home, Thursday, May 14th at 11AM. Entombment Forest Home Cemetery.
Ruth worked as a typist at the Milwaukee Federal Building, and the American Bowling Congress, as well as helping her husband with the family business, Azzolina Jewelers. Ruth also worked as a chief polling inspector for the Republican Party in Milwaukee, volunteered for Inter-Faith, and enjoyed being a part of the Red Hat Club.
