Born January 13, 1915. She entered her heavenly Home on Nov. 10, 2011. Sister Genevieve was received into the School Sisters of St. Francis on June 13, 1940. She made her final vows in 1948. Sister served as a nurse’s aide, sacristan, homemaker and caretaker for the elderly in the Milwaukee & Madison areas. She is survived by her brothers, BertAnna MaeKrantz and Leo Krantz, and her sister S. Rita Krantz, SSSF and the School Sisters of St. Francis with whom she shared 71 years.

Sister was preceded in death by her parents, John & Maryanne Krantz, her brothers & sisters: MattHenriettaKrantz, MarieCarl Grosse, BettyMatt Buechner, TonyLoretta Krantz, AnnBill Esser, JoeSadie Krantz, Francis and Alfred Krantz, who died in infancy, her twin – John Clara Krantz, MargeLester Beck and Agnes Krantz. Further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Visitation on Nov. 14 from 10-11 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at St. Joseph ‘s Convent, 1501 S. Layton Blvd , Milwaukee , WI . Internment on Nov. 15 at Mount Olivet Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials to the School Sisters of St. Francis or Masses for S. Genevieve are appreciated.
