Polasek OSF, Sister Mary Ann
(formerly Sister Bertha Marie) Born to Eternal Life Dec. 9, 2018, age 88. Survived by the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, with whom she shared life for nearly 70 years; sisters-in-law Ann, Betty and Alice Polasek; nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to join the Congregation on Tuesday, Dec. 18, at St. Francis Convent, 3221 S. Lake Dr., Saint Francis WI 53235, for Welcoming of the Body and Morning Prayer at 8:30 AM, followed by Visitation. A Time of Remembering will be held at 10:30 AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi Memorial Fund would be appreciated.

Sister Mary Ann (Bertha Marie) served at Cardinal Stritch University for 50 years as a biology teacher; chair, biology and chemistry departments; dean, College of Arts & Sciences; in the Advancement Office and archives.
