August 26, 2017. Age 97. Survived by her sister, Louise Dingman, of St. Paul; several nieces and nephews: Joan (Larry) Steffensmeier, Joseph F. Bentler, Mary Ellen (Steve) Wagenecht, Mark (Cathy) Bentler, Linda Butler, and Connie Sickels; great nieces and nephews, friends and the School Sisters of St. Francis community with whom she shared life for 72 years. Preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Angela Dingman, three brothers: Mark Dingman, Bishop Maurice Dingman, and Adrian Dingman; one sister, Catherine Bentler; one nephew, Steve Dingman; and one niece, Elizabeth Ann Bentler.

Visitation at St. Joseph Convent, 1501 So. Layton Blvd., Milwaukee, on Friday, September 1st at 9:30 a.m., Wake service at 10:00 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 1:30. Memorials to School Sisters of St. Francis Office of Mission Advancement are appreciated.
