Veronica Born to Eternal Life Monday, June 30, 2003 at age 96. Survivors include the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi, with whom she shared Life for 76 years; her sisters, Margie Abendreth, Genevieve Ehlen, Mary Sands; sisters-in-law, Marcella Hegeman and Ruth Hegeman. Friends and relatives are invited to join the Congregation for the following: Visitation Monday 2-6:40 PM at St. Francis of Assisi Convent Chapel, 3221 S. Lake Drive. A Time of Remembering will be held at 6:40 PM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 7 PM. A Visitation will also be held Tuesday at St. Coletta’s Chapel in Jefferson from 10-11 AM with A Time of Remembering at 11 AM followed by Interment at St. Coletta’s Cemetery. Sister served at St. Coletta’s for 66 years. Contributions may be made to to Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi Memorial Fund.
