Reunited with his beloved wife Dolores (nee Ledvorowski) on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at the age of 96 1/2 years . Loving dad of James, Janet (Lawrence) Schelske, Dennis (Hope), Gary (Colette) and Gail. Dear grandpa of Brian Schelske, Karen (the late Thomas) Ruscher, Matthew Schelske, Rebecca Schelske, Rachel (Jon) Jagmin, Adam (Jessie) Schelske and Mark (Brittany) Palenski. Great-grandpa Stanley and Papa of Dylan Ruscher, Abigail and James Jagmin, Tristan and Autumn Schelske, Ariya and Amelia Palenski. Brother of Charlotte (the late Norbert) and Ted (Elsie). Brother-in-law of Joan (Joseph), Donald (Elaine) and Judy. Preceded in death by his siblings Edward (Irene), Blanch (Stanley), Wanda (Wally); his brother and sister-in-laws Ruth (George), Valeria (Edward), Fr. Gene, Richard (Dorothy) and David.

Visitation Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 9-11 am at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE, 3222 South 29th Street with Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Stanley was a WWII War Veteran as Military Police, United States Army, enjoyed aircraft engines and restoring cars. Member of the EAA. Worked as an automobile technician, excellent carpenter and all around handyman.
