    Jeanne,
I am so deeply saddened about Steve’s passing. Every time I spoke to him or saw him he was always so very kind and patient. I will always remember his words of wisdom and quiet spirit. My thoughts are with you today and my heart is heavy with saddens for you and the kids. I send my love.

Dear Jeanne and family I always loved seeing Steve. His gentleness, kindness, love of all he encountered, his sweet smile that showed how much he cared. I hope his memory will be a blessing and that they will sustain you. I’m sorry I couldn’t come to his memorial. I would have liked to be there. Love to you!
