Passed away August 26, 2021 at the age of 70.  Loving husband of Darlene Hawkey-Cruikshank.  Beloved father of Jamie (Grant Kaddatz) Cruikshank and Kerry (Joel Kabunda) Cruikshank.  Dear brother Todd Cruikshank, Terry (Phyllis) Cruikshank, the late Glen (Ellen) Cruikshank, and Lora Cruikshank.  Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Private Celebration of Life will be held.
