It is with deepest sorrow that I announce the untimely sudden, peaceful passing of my husband, Steven Thomas Kelm, who left us on June 30, 2024, at the age of 67. Survived by his beloved wife Terri L. Kelm and his two sons. After a beautifully lived life filled with Family, Friends, Music, multiple Harley motorcycles, and of course last but not least Rock n’ Roll. His passion for playing his guitars and belonging to the Milwaukee Music scene at a very young age playing in many big clubs as a very proud member as lead guitarist of the very popular rock band Bad Habit. They did travel to play in other states and at Summerfest incredibly!!! Most of his entire life he loved practicing, working on guitars, restoring them, or making custom guitars, but holding and playing his many electric guitars he said made him feel like “Superman” when he rocked out. A rare special passion and a lovely way to remember Steve.
Steve was full of Love, Kindness, and Unending generosity and touched the lives of all who knew him…
To commemorate his incredible journey and to celebrate the love and lives Steve touched, a Memorial Service will be held in his honor at The Heritage Funeral Home 4800 S. 84th St. Greenfield WI. 53228 on Friday July 12 from 2pm-4pm with anyone wishing to say anything about Steve or their memories or feelings or really anything there will be a devoted “Time for Sharing” at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers please donate to the Rottweiler Rescue in Wisconsin. Steve loved all of our many doggy “kids”, but his beloved Nikki and Jasmine Rotties held a very special place in his heart. He would love that.
We invite all who knew Steve to join us in remembering a “Truly” remarkable man. He will never be forgotten. “ROCK ON”!!!
I am so sorry to hear about Steve. My heart goes out to you Terri. He was a sweet gentle soul who loved his family and will be missed.
Terri, my condolences! Prayers for you and your family. May your many memories comfort you.
