Passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at age 83. Joined his beloved wife, Annemarie (nee Wendt) in heaven. Loving dad to Terry Anne (Jay) Vossekuil, Corina (Christopher) Canitz, and Sabrina Massey. Dear stepdad to Terrance “Al” Wilder. Cherished grandpa to Mindy (Aaron) Oberley, Megan Vossekuil, Alexis (Nick) Mussoline, Taylor Canitz, Erica Canitz, Danielle Canitz, Annemarie Massey, DJ (Hannah) Massey, Lucas Massey, Kayla (Eric) Webb, Tiana Wilder. Great-grandpa of Kehlani Massey, Kairo Massey, Xxavier “Zae” Simmons, Antonio Wilder, Noah Wilder, Armani Wilder, Eamon Webb, and Egypt Webb. Loving friend of Patricia Markey-Wilder. Also survived by his caring neighbors, Dan and Jenn Miller, other relatives, and friends.
Terry will be remembered throughout the neighborhood for being a kind soul to all of the stray animals- giving them a loving home. If he wasn’t outside walking, he was either sitting in his hot tub or playing the banjo for all to hear.
Private interment at Holy Cross Cemetery- Milwaukee.

While my dad never actually saw me teaching, my students (specifically the ones that came from Waukesha South) all knew who he was. Everyone around the Sunset Drive/Big Bend Road area knew the man in the cowboy hat walking his dogs and later on the scooter with his dog. He will be remembered by so many that he never knew ❤️
So many good times, having a beer pickn’ ana grinin always a good time when we got together. Great memories
