(nee Moore) May 5, 2017, age 53 years. Preceded in death by her parents, James and Dolores (nee Groth) Moore and her sister, Heidi Moore. Beloved wife of Dave Derepkowski. Loving sister of Jodi (Dennis) Wray, Vicki (Bob) Lemke, James Jr. (Kathy) Moore, and Shad Moore. Fond sister-in-law of Art (Karen) Derepkowski. Cherished aunt of Debbie (Jason) Hamilton, Samantha (Zach) Westenberg, Matthew (Amy) Moore, Amanda Lemke, Melissa Meixner, Jesse Moore, and Ryan Moore. Great-aunt of Abby, Riley, Kinsley, Leann, Bryce, and Kayden. Further survived by special friends David and Deb Marcin, as well as many other dear friends and extended family members.

Family and friends will gather to celebrate Terri’s life at the American Legion Post 157, 735 S. Hubbard St. Horicon, WI 53032 on Saturday, May 13, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
