Great grandfather of Anthony Jr. and Tye Sattler. Step Grandfather of ScottTerriWalters and DeanaBen Emery. Step Great grandfather of Kyle and Keith Walters. Brother of Ewald and Carl Winkelman. Preceded in death by his twin brother August, and brothers Otto and Harry Winkelman. Also survived by foster brothers and sisters, and other relatives and friends. Funeral service saturday, Jan. 10, at 11:00 AM at Our Father’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 6025 S. 27th St. Entombment Forest Hill Memorial Park. In state friday at the funeral home from 4-8 PM and saturday at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of service11:00 AM. Mr. Winkelman was a retired employee of Kuhlman, Inc., a member of Steamfitters Local #601 and a life member of Cpl. Henry J. Schaefer VFW Post #2923. Thanks to the Sky View Unit and the Fireside East Unit of Bel Air Nursing Home for the excellent care given to Tom for the 6 1/2 years he was there with them. Thanks to Dr. Michael Fehrer.
