Passed away December 7, 2015 at the age of 72. Loving husband of the late Barbara M. (nee Johnson). Dear father of Mark (Kim) Pientka and the late Gregory. Caring grandpa of Ashley and Cory. Loving great-grandpa of Colby. Dear brother of Kenneth (Anne), Michelle, Larry (Jane), and the late Gregory. Also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 19th, from 11 AM – 1 PM, at the funeral home. Memorial Service will follow at 1 PM.

Thomas was a proud H.O.G. member who was known as Rooster.
