Born to Eternal Life Thursday August 13, 2009 at the age of 69. Beloved Husband of Carol and the late Rosemary. Loving Father of Maureen Scott Coruican, Diane Bill Worzala and Dave Liz Soika. Dear Grandpa of Crystal, Derek, Randy, Amanda, Kyle, Jill and Hannah. Brother of Joan Martin, Sharon Gerald Frievalt, Lynn Thompson, Kennith Joan Martin, James Barbara Martin and Gary Sandy Martin. Brother in law of Rosalie Don Uebelacker and Kathleen Strahan. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation Tuesday at the Funeral Home from 4-7 PM and again Wednesday at St. Matthews Church, 9303 S. Chicago Rd., from 9-10 AM with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery.
Thomas retired from UPS after 36 years.
