Visitation Wednesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home and Thursday 3-9 PM at the Skaja Terrence Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave. Niles Il. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11:00 AM at St. John Brebeuf Catholic Church 8307 N. Harlem Il. Entombment All Saints Cemetery. Tom was the business administrator at Cudahy Dental Associates.
